How do I return or exchange a product bought online?
It is our hope that you will be absolutely pleased with your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, we accept full returns for unmarked, unworn, and unwashed goods postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Please view our return policy here.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to purchase from Cloak & Dapper. However, if you register with us your account will allow you to store items in your online shopping bag, save your address and card details for faster shopping, and manage your account details, order history, email preferences, and check your order status.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
Cloak & Dapper accepts Visa, American Express and Mastercard
What if an item I want is sold out?
If the item you wish to purchase is sold out, please email us at email@example.com so we can work hard to get your product back in stock as soon as possible.
How Do You Calculate Sales Tax for Web Orders?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the state of Florida. We do not charge sales tax on out of state shipments.
How long will my item(s) take to ship?
All shipping delivery times listed are in addition to our standard order processing time of 2-3 business days, with the exception of orders placed using guaranteed shipping methods.
