Return Policy

It is our hope that you will be absolutely pleased with your purchase, but if something doesn’t work out, we accept full returns for unmarked, unworn, and unwashed goods postmarked within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept returns if seal is broken (if applicable).

To request a return, simply email us at [email protected]. Please be sure to include the following information:  Order #, Item, and reason for return in your email. After your request has been authorized, you will be sent a pre-paid return label.

Returned items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached (if applicable). Shoeboxes must be returned free of damage and shipping labels. Please note that all “SALE,” “CLEARANCE,” and underwear items are final sale. This means that no refunds or exchanges will be approved for items purchased while at a discounted price.

Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible return has been processed, we will notify you via email. Please note that it may take your financial institution additional time to post the credit to your account. We recommend that you contact them if you have questions regarding the timeline, since this information varies by company. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
